After over a year of writing and recording, the Remastered Bonus Edition of Michael's first album, "Dare to Dream," is completed and now available for purchase!! This 14-track debut recording (which includes two bonus tracks, the "Eclipse Prologue," and "The Candle," both written and performed by Michael) features a variety of songs written and/or performed by Michael, and also includes guest performances from other aspiring artists (see the "Dare to Dreamgirls" below!). Dana is thrilled to be featured on “Dare to Dream” performing “A Dangerous Game” alongside Michael. Dana has studied an array of dance styles over the past eight years, and currently studies voice with Lisa DeNolfo. In addition, Dana has spent the past three summers training and performing at Stagedoor Manor, and has appeared in such productions as West Side Story, Evita, Guys and Dolls, Carousel, and Seussical. Recently, Dana received multiple accolades for her performance as Susan/Karessa alongside Michael in Jonathan Larson’s Tick, Tick…Boom! Dana is seventeen years old, and currently attends Akiba Hebrew Academy in suburban Philadelphia.


Doreen Strauss

Doreen has had a passion for music and the performing arts since her earliest years of life. Her love for the stage has significantly affected her as a person, and has motivated her to continue her pursuit of a life on Broadway. Over the years, Doreen has lit up the stage in such productions as Once on this Island (Ti Moune), Carousel (Julie Jordan), Titanic (Kate Mullins), 42nd Street (Anytime Annie), Bye Bye Birdie (Gloria Rasputin), and The Music Man. Doreen was the first to join the recording cast of Dare to Dream, and her performance as the gloomy princess Acacia in the new musical Eclipse has been responded to with praise and delight. Doreen “continues to be inspired by the genius work of Michael Bihovsky, and looks forward to her future experiences with Dare to Dream.” Doreen is nineteen years old, and is currently attends Penn State University.


Gillie Strauss

Gillie is proud to be a part of Dare to Dream, where she is featured in the chorus of Eclipse’s “The Mistress of Misery.” Gillie has participated in a number of productions, including You’re a Good Man, and Charlie Brown (Woodstock), Newsies (Medda Larkson). Gillie is currently rehearsing for an upcoming production of Grease, where she will be portraying the role of Betty Rizzo. Gillie has also been a featured dancer in the Philadelphia production of The Nutcracker for over seven years. Gillie is thirteen years old, and is currently a student at Akiba Hebrew Academy.


Natalie West

Natalie has been performing since the age of seven at Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Center, where she has spent nine summers and performed in over sixteen productions. Natalie has competed regionally and nationally in several dance competitions, and has skillfully appeared in a wide array of performances, including 42nd Street (Peggy Sawyer), Carousel (Carrie Piperidge), Seussical (Mayzie LaBird), Judgement at Nuremberg (Maria Wallner). Most recently, Natalie understudied the role of Sally in the timeless Kander and Ebb musical Cabaret. Natalie is honored to be a part of the final rendition of Dare to Dream, with a dazzling performance as the character of Melody in Eclipse’s “A Love Song,” as well as haunting chorals in “The Mistress of Misery.” Natalie is eighteen years old, and currently studies theatre at Muhlenberg College.
